Hi Petee, Aunt Dee here. Just watched you very helpful video on making pie crust. For my latest one I used coconut oil instead of butter, and regular flour, not pastry four. Had to srape it out of the Pyrex pan with a metal spatula. Tasted ok, but not tender or flaky. Who would have thought that my great niece would teach me how to make a pie crust? Just need to see how you roll it out now.
