Petee's Café is officially open at 505 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill!
Stop by and see us at the most recent expansion of Petee’s Pie Company, offering great food, excellent coffee, and delicious pies made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
Co-owner and Head Baker, Petra “Petee” Paredez, designed the spacious pink and green café herself with the intention to create a space that is warm, welcoming, and full of life. With a comfortable atmosphere and high quality food, the result is somewhere between a diner and a bistro.
The Café’s menu offers both old favorites, brand new savory options as well as craft cocktails, beer and a great selection of natural wines. From Moroccan Shepherd's Pie with lamb tagine flavors, to a Muffaletta sandwich made with fresh housemade bread and cold cuts from the Meat Hook, there is no shortage of satisfying cuisine at this new location.
Open everyday at 10 AM, there are also tempting breakfast options, including fluffy buttermilk biscuits served with honey, jam, sausage, or eggs, and a rotating selection of seasonal quiche. No breakfast is truly complete without coffee, and Petee’s Café offers a full espresso menu featuring Parlor Coffee, an excellent roaster right around the corner.
Our commitment to supporting local business and agriculture while utilizing seasonal produce is just as important to the Café menu as it always has been-- any and all ingredients that can be grown locally are procured from local sources. The Clinton Hill space even has a backyard garden, where veggies and herbs are already growing to be used in the quiche and salads.
The new menu additions don’t stop there. Open until 10 PM everyday, the Café will soon offer a drink menu including beer, cider, wine, boozy pie milkshakes and carefully crafted seasonal cocktails. While there is a lot to look forward to at this new Brooklyn location, all of the favorites from Petee’s Pie Company on the LES are also available daily; including the Salty Chocolate Chess, NY Sour Cherry, Coconut Custard, and Spring Cordial. Stop in for a slice, or pick up a whole pie.
We look forward to seeing you!

I stumble upon this gem by luck after shooting a property in the area. What a surprise. I ordered an espresso and a piece of Quiche. Which was coming out of the oven in ten minutes. Sat at the counter with a sea of Pies. Ten min went by packed up and on my way I go. I decided to eat this delectable treat on my way to my next shoot in Manhattan. All I can say is by far the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time!! The crust was the best I ever had perfection in every way. Light, crisp and delicate. The actual quiche had sweet potato with just the right amount of curry powder and spinach. I was blown away and all I could think of was I need to go back asap!! Best part of my day!! Thank you Petee!! :)

I was devastated when I read the note on the door that Pillow Cafe had closed. Thankfully, this outpost of Petee’s Pie has won me over immediately. The beautiful design evokes Brooklyn in the 50s and the up-to-date menu satisfies on every level. Petee herself brought I over my breakfast sandwich calling it a “masterpiece” and she was right. The biscuit was perfect. The bottomless Parlor coffee is a very nice touch. I would love to see them expand their breakfast and lunch offerings. I will be back for the muffaletta and I can’t wait for them to roll out the beer, cider and adult milkshakes. Right now, I’m going to treat myself to cheesecake. You’re off to an excellent start in Brooklyn, Petee.
